eBooks

Can you ship a copy of the eBook internationally?

The eBooks are in digital download format so you can download them anywhere in the world, depending on your country's web regulations. The ebooks are not available in hard copy form at the present time.

Can I have a hard copy of the eBook delivered to my mailing address?

The eBooks are in digital download format only so you can download them anywhere in the world and save them to your device. They are not available in hard copy form however you are welcome to print them and compile them for yourself.

Can I download one of your eBooks in a language other than English?

The eBooks are only available in English at the present time.

I've decided the program is not for me - can I get a refund on my purchase?

As the Happi Habits program and other guides on this site are digital downloads, they are considered "used" as soon as you have purchased and downloaded them. Therefore, there are no refunds or exchanges available

Completing the Happi Habits Program

How much time will I need to devote to the program each week?

It varies, but generally no more than an hour in total per week and this is usually divided up into short bursts throughout the week.

Can I complete the program while I'm seeing a therapist?

Yes! Good on you for taking care of yourself. It is a good idea to let your therapist know that you are completing the program so that he or she can keep track of how you are improving and support and encourage you.

Can I complete the program when I'm on antidepressant or anti-anxiety medication?

Yes! Good on you for taking care of yourself. It is a good idea to let your prescribing doctor know that you are completing the program so that he or she can keep track of how you are improving and support and encourage you.

Should I do the exercises on set days of the week?

The most important thing is that you do the exercises at some stage during the week, rather than on specific days. However, for the modules that encourage you to use an exercise on a daily basis, saving them all up and doing them on one day may not be as effective for developing the habit.

How quickly can I expect to start feeling happier?

Research has shown that many people feel happier within one week of doing the exercises contained in the Happi Habits program. As Modules 1 and 2 contain the education part of the program (because having a good understanding of happiness and yourself helps to cement your commitment to developing new habits), you can expect that from week three onwards you will be using strategies to develop Happi Habits to help improve your happiness levels.

What if some of the techniques don't appeal to me?

There are a large variety of techniques utilised in the Happi Habits program simply because I understand there are many ways to get the same result. So I encourage you to try all the techniques to begin with and then to choose the ones that work for you and make them your habits!

The Happi Habits program has been designed for adults of all ages.

Is the Happi Habits program suitable for people from different cultures and speakers of other languages?

The Happi Habits program has been written in English and developed based on Western psychological science (with a sprinkle of Eastern spirituality). With an open mind, a curious nature and a good understanding of written English, anyone can give the program a go!

I have a promotional code - where do I enter it when purchasing the program?

At the checkout, you'll see a promo code box under your Order Summary. Pop your code in there and click apply.

What do I do if my download link doesn’t work?

Please send a message to us through the website and we'll have it rectified as soon as possible.

What do I do if I haven't received my confirmation email?
